More From the Trip

there are so many pictures so I will try to divide them up into sections! ON saturday John went to Magic mountain with cousin Ken, and I went with Grandma Croce, Aunt Pauline and Louise to the A.V. Mall to go shopping. It was wierd to walk through that old mall, and it was pretty crowded too! I started having bad flank pain from my stupid kidney again and got really nauseaus so we took a break. We ate and then we got some warm winter clothes for Lucas, and a few maternity clothing items for me, as I was already a lot bigger than when we left. I was about to buy a small food processor to make food for lucas, but I figured I'd wait til we got back to save space in the car etc. Lucas is getting more and more difficult to feed; he is easily distracted yet still screams between each bite, and then with bottles, he won't lay down anymore so you have to feed him like a lamb, which Louise learned that day:



The next day we had a family barbecue at the Hodge House. Stan made some delicious steaks, just how I like it-medium rare. Grandma made some delicious cheese rice with chopped green peppers. And Pauline made her signature pumpkin pie that John and I polished off..lol. Then we played Tripoly and a little bit of poker. It was nice and Lucas slept for a few hours while we ate and played. He was happy to meet and play with everyone.
