Tomorrow is our 8th anniversary, but John has to work so I decided to announce our special day to the world today--his day off :) I was going to post all our pictures from each anniversary, but I did that last year, so here's the link to that blog if you'd like to see:

It's been hard keeping a secret from John, but it was even harder to get him to drive by the signs at the right time and LOOK lol. After working out last week, I stopped by the high school because I read you could rent the marquee for the day. Atascosita high is beautiful! I met with a vice principal and paid to put my message up--unfortunately the screen wasn't big enough to hold both our names, and it looks like I'm married to "ohn". lol. Which makes it an even better memory for our anniversary :)
Then I drove by a local chain called "Culvers". I resisted ordering food, and simply requested to put a message on their marquee (they have personalized bday wishes on it daily). John thought it was pretty funny. He was irritated because I kept telling him different (wrong) routes to take on the way home from shopping in order to see the signs lol.
He enjoyed it though. Love you man!
