Air makes for great soundtracks. That is the perfect song for such a montage. He is so so pretty. He definitely has those fingers toes you have, samantha! I have been thinking of putting together a montage video with a nice song for which ever daughter I have the best footage of. We'll see.
Well, I am emotional today, but there were multiple parts that made me tear up! I love both of the black and white pictures of John and Lucas...those are great! The pic of Norman looking down on him was sweet too. It was sweet to see that John has a soft side. I haven't ever seen anything except his "competitive" side! LOL! :) You guys are going to be fantastic parents! He is a lucky little guy!!
sarah- yeah you should do that. It's fun to find music that goes with the video you have. You probably have a lot of video recorded that you haven't put on youtube huh? Mix them in with photos and make some montages.
shawna- aw thats so sweet. Yes, I am sure it is odd to see John so happy first of all, but expressing so much love. It was(is) one of the most rewarding parts of this whole deal. You should make some video of alex for your blog- especially for your progress updates so everyone can actually see the changes over time.
That is great! I too teared up a few times watching it! I know I keep saying the same thing but I am so happy for you and your family! John looks so happy!
Like others that posted, I teared up too. I'm a sucker for births. I remember watching a baby story when pregnant with Sophie and just bawling in with each episode. Partly because of the hormones. He is beautiful and you are so blessed. I loved watching your video.
I had to wait until I got on a PC to watch this video. I couldn't watch it from my phone for some reason, although I usually can watch youtube videos here. Strange.
Anyway, I LOVE what you did with the pictures Samantha! You did a great job. I see Norman in his face. I haven'seen any newborn pics of you yet,so that's what I see.
He has such a content look on his face in all of the pictures. He is so glad to be here I bet.
Good job putting together all of the pics with the music!
Iris- thanks! I really enjoyed working on it. I will be trying to make some more video montages as he gets more and more aware of his surroundings. This camera doesn't make lucas look the way he looks in person though...maybe i will just have to mess around with the settings. I think he smiled at me twice today when i rubbed my nose on his and made noises. can't tell yet which expressions mean what!
