4th of July Road Trip!

Just got done packing the car for our 4th of july Boston, MA trip. I packed so much stuff in that car, just for the weekend--and you can be sure, with 2 babies, I'll still have forgotten something. But we are staying at our friend Jennie's house outside of Boston. We met Jenny back in 2004, when we were newlyweds and shared an apartment building with her. She moved back home to Tennesee, met her husband Bill, and they had their son Chase, just as we had baby Lucas. We have kept in touch over the years, and are so excited to get to spend time together with our rowdy 1 yr old boys!
Jennie is the sweetest girl. She was so neighborly, which I realize I never was. She was so supportive of me in my endeavors. One of those people you go to for comfort or when you need someone to talk to. I remember my first camping trip with Jen and some friends in NY--I was not a very good camper, but she tolerated me anyway :) She showed us around Saratoga when we first got there. And here we are 6 years later! John and I are excited to meet her husband Bill, and Chase. They have a cute house in Abington MA, and a very nice pool. I know this weekend will be the funnest 4th of July we have had in a while, and one of the cheapest vacations ever :) Thanks for having us---we leave in about 2 hours, but we'll see ya in about 14!
