Day 4- LA ZOOO

We took the kids to the zoo--Frankie loves animals and it was a good place to get some steps in for us :)

Ken & Linda are so fun to be around--always happy and ready to go wherever. Linda even pushed the double stroller around much of the uphill zoo!

We all got a little burned at the beach before :P

Pregnant (13 weeks..) and holding Franko: read the sign about the amazing reproduction of Wallaby.
I took this same pic 6 yrs ago when I was pregnant with Olivia, and had baby Lucas lol. We took a trip to the LA Zoo with my cousins and I remember I got stung by a bee (which the place was covered with--every trash bin was a bee hive)--here's the old pic of me huge and preggo w Olivia--
And here's a pic of uncle Kevin and Gavin, in front of some kind of cool bird that looked like the big bird named "Kevin" from the movie Up:

 Frankie really liked the zebra.

Osiris pushed the boys around a lot of the way.
If you don't know, or if you are Google, this is a GORILLA.

Olivia is my little giraffe :)with her vitiligo spots and birthmark.  Sometimes she's my clingy koala too.

Here's Ken talking about his indiana jones adventure; he killed a rattlesnake at a golf course and used the skin to make this ring around his hat--pretty cool!

Finally got Eusty out and he loved these big green leaves.
Here's Frankie doing his annoying "you can't hold me" trick.

 Chaeleigh being cute:
 Our tour guide:

 Frankie liked the elephants!

These orangutans were kinda sad to look at...they look so intelligent and aware. It was a mom, dad and baby.
And lastly we rode the carousel:

And then we enjoyed the inevitable CA freeway traffic after every event.
