He is sitting up better everyday, and is proud of it too! Here he is just before we took him swimming at grandma's:He likes the pool more everytime we have taken him, and he didn't cry at all. He felt safe in daddy's arms :). We had this floating thing for him to sit in, with a shade over him, but he didn't like it too much--he may be too little for it yet. But John was scaring me by letting him stand on his hand:

i was like that! then i saw he liked it and i said "well at least get away from the edge of the pool dad!" it was cute because lucas knew his job--he knew he had to flex his legs hard the whole time lol.
