Today was a great day. Lucas and I went with Shawna, Amy and their boys Alex and Tyce, to Water Country in the morning. All the boys were great and enjoyed it--so we may make it a regular thing. Lucas slept a lot, and don't worry he was covered in sunscreen. I, however was not and my back is a little burnt...Then we ate and took a nap...very comfortable one too. And we decided to check out Grandmama's pool. Lucas was afraid and shocked by the cold water, but I think he will like it more next time. Enjoy the video and pictures!

He looks like such a big boy. And yes the two little boys in the raft, TOO cute!
The weather was perfect! I mean, it's really warm, and soooo humid that the waterpark was perfect. My air is on 24/7 and even when you get out of the shower, you are already sweating again.
But yeah, it was very fun and lucas was trying to be a big boy, but he still slept most of the time. i just love those pictures with tyce. he was so curious about another 'little guy' in front of him!
So cute...It is still too cold here but I can not wait to get Chase in the pool.

Great pics! Isn't it funny how babies like other babies? Georgie has a few "friends" her age and they just love each other! We got a little wading pool for her and she loves it...we'll have to try a water park too! Hope you're feeling well.
thanks katie--yeah we live 5 minutes from both a water park, and the busch gardens theme park so we had to get season passes! it's worth it even when he's so little!
Looks like you had so much fun. I loved taking Ethan to swim class when he was so little. Wish I had a way to take them both swimming still. All your pictures get me excited about summer. I love it. This summer I'm getting together with a few other Mom's like you've done, to plan fun things to do this summer.
yeah we went again today, and are going with other moms tomorrow morning---its so hot you have to go there if you are going to go out at all! It's convenient to live 5 minutes away too. :)
I know you will always have fun things planned for your little ones to do--whether its camping or trips to oregon/washington, hiking camping etc. you guys are those cool outdoorsy type parents--wish we were more like that!
i hope you can still come visit sometime soon-- we will take you guys out to have some fun. i wish we could go camping though...when john gets out of the navy in 2011, things will be very different and i am sure we will pick up more hobbies, not just our obsessive game nights lol. (thats another thing I KNOW you would enjoy when you come out...these games are really strategic--you'd be good at them:)
