Susan and I took Lucas out yesterday and today-- I got to use the stroller for the first time and it's very nice. Lucas didn't enjoy today's outing so much, but he sure was cute. Here are some pictures of him in his outfit Susan bought him and a very cute one of him in his carseat...his face is so adorable!
Thanks everyone- I don't like most of the pictures I have of him because they don't really show his face the way it is in person, and usually his eyes are closed, but that last one is soooo lovable! Susan took that one in the back of the cobalt (he was looking out the window). I gotta start taking more pictures ofhim
thank you sarah. This camera always distorts people's faces when I use the flash ( i think). Like it makes certain facial features bigger than they are, usually the nose. The ones where his face is how I see it, are ones without flash, the only problem is that without the flash they are a little blurry. Maybe I just need to mess around with the camera settings more.
My camera has such a harsh flash that I have resorted to turning on all the artificial light sources and opening windows in the room (during the day) when I take pictures of anything, if possible. If you are near a window, but in a dimly lit room (during the day), try to put your subject in the light coming through the window and don't use a flash. This makes for some really pretty shots. Kinda melancholy-looking. Or peaceful.
yeah your camera did have a very bright flash but the quality of the pictures was a lot clearer than mine. Mine is about 4 years old though. The natural light is the best--the first pic of john holding lucas in the next post was natural sunlight.
