I was teaching Kristine how to sign "call in and vote for me!" when she gets to stand by the hobbit.
Last night I met up with the girls (and their boobs respectively) I spent hours with in line at American Idol. We went to a vietnamese restaurant/bar called Mo-Mongs in Houston. It was really loud there--we practically lost our voices just trying to talk to each other, and the wait for a table was a good 40 min, but we hung out at the bar meeting people. Still not sure if it was an exclusively gay bar or not, or if everybody was required to profess a love for Lady gaga to enter, but it was fun anyway!
It was so crowded because the drink specials were $3 for cosmos. I stuck with water and a little bit of red bull--i like to waste my WW pts on FOOD!!!! So she's not allowed to talk about it, but we were celebrating the fact that Kristine has made it onto a show that rhymes with Bumerikan Tidal. Pretty awesome, and she's heading back to her hometown in north Texas today so it may very well be the last chance to eat with her! I kept campaigning for her and introducing people to her, and they then asked for pictures with her.
Can you tell I was burning up in there? I'm hot-blooded.

Then we were taken upstairs to our table and I had Vegetable/Tofu Pad Thai. It was pretty good and kinda spicy. I ordered Gen. Tso's chicken to bring home to John. :) He put the kids to bed and was about to wash the dishes when I got home. Sweet huh? He actually did wash like, 6 utensils, and then left the rest for me lol. Good intentions though! ha.
Cosmos looked good, but I ain't a drinker. My kidneys have been bugging me anyway...going to urologist tomorrow.
The other girls I met in line, Samantha and Jasmine live out here and Samantha has a 2 yr old so we are excited to set up some playdates, and Jasmine will join us for uh..Bumerikan Tidal parties where we will all call in and vote for Kristine. :) (...and then ride her coat-tails...yeah, it's part of the pact we made while in line).
The 2 Samantha's laughing as Kristine garnered votes from a table of strangers behind us :)
What she doesn't know is that I farted right on her. Hey, it was the pad thai's fault.

me too! Yeah, you are a celeb. Geez, I should've just worn a shirt with "youtube.com/ilovegerardo hair tutorials" on it and collect a commission from you jk lol. Everyone loved my hair at both auditions. It made the whole affair a little bit less useless. :)
