Going to the dentist...

After suffering all weekend, I was able to score an appt with a dentist this afternoon...unfortunately I have to take the babies since John is working...and we leave for our trip tomorrow...so i am assuming they will just send me off with painkillers and antibiotics (I think my sinus infection is related to the impacted tooth). But whenever I do have the surgery, I hope my drugs are as strong as this girls' :
